Agile methodology #

Communication plan #

Extended reality (XR) #
An umbrella term encompassing AR, VR, and MR technologies. XR has the potential to revolutionize various industries, including construction, education, and healthcare, by providing immersive and interactive experiences.
Mixed reality (MR) #
A hybrid technology that combines elements of AR and VR, allowing digital and real-world objects to interact in real-time. MR has applications in fields such as architecture, engineering, and manufacturing, enabling more efficient design and collaboration.
Persona #
A fictional character representing a specific user or stakeholder group, used to understand their needs, goals, and pain points. Personas help project teams design solutions that effectively address stakeholder requirements.
Prototype #
A preliminary version of a product or system, used to test ideas, gather feedback, and validate assumptions. Prototypes can be physical or digital and can help stakeholders better understand project goals and outcomes.
Scrum #
A framework for managing and completing complex projects using an agile approach. Scrum involves iterative work cycles called sprints, regular meetings called stand-ups, and a dedicated role called the scrum master. Scrum helps teams collaborate, adapt, and deliver value quickly.
Sprint #
A time-boxed period, typically ranging from one to four weeks, during which a scrum team completes a set of work items from their product backlog. Sprints allow teams to focus on specific goals, deliver tangible results, and incorporate feedback.
Stakeholder analysis #
The process of identifying and evaluating the interests, influence, and impact of various individuals and groups involved in a project. Stakeholder analysis helps project managers understand and prioritize stakeholder needs and expectations.
Stakeholder engagement #
The practice of actively involving stakeholders in a project, ensuring their concerns and ideas are considered throughout the project lifecycle. Effective stakeholder engagement can lead to better outcomes, increased support, and reduced risks.
User story #
A concise description of a feature or functionality from a user's perspective. User stories help teams understand stakeholder needs and prioritize work based on value and impact. A user story typically follows the format "As a [role], I want to [action] so that [benefit]."
Virtual reality (VR) #
A technology that creates a fully immersive, computer-generated environment, isolating the user from the real world. VR has applications in gaming, training, and therapy, providing users with interactive and immersive experiences.
Visualization #
The process of creating visual representations of data, concepts, or ideas to facilitate understanding, communication, and decision-making.
