I took the 建筑法 course at Stanmore School of Business, and it was a solid experience. The course content was well-organized and covered all the key topics, from property law to construction contracts. The instructor was knowledgeable and provided some interesting insights, although I would have liked to see more examples from Japan or Asia in general. One of the things that I found particularly useful was the discussion of sustainable building practices and green architecture, which is a growing trend in the industry.
